Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a growing health concern between the elderly worldwide. Preventive strategies based on life-style modification. This current study assessed the effectiveness of the health instructional program designed at improving lifestyle behaviors among elderly individuals to reduce CRC risk.
Methods: A quasi-experimental ponder was conducted on 60 elderly members partitioned into a consider bunch (n=30) and a control bunch (n=30). The mediation included instructive sessions focusing on nourishment, physical action, wellbeing obligation, and push administration. Information were collected at three time focuses utilizing the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP) scale.
